I have clients that want to know if anything new becomes listed in their neighborhood to stay informed on current list prices. Other clients that may want to purchase in the future want to know when listings come available in their desired areas.

If you want to know about listings in your neighborhood or listings in areas you want to live, please let me know. I can set up a search through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to notify you of new listings that will be emailed to you with details such as price, square feet, bedrooms, etc.
