• Have your real estate agent research recent sales and current listings in the same neighborhood with the same charactistics as your property (bedrooms, batrooms, pool etc)

• Request a CMA (comparative market analysis) from a local real estate professional

• Make your home appealing, do any minor/cosmetic repairs that you have been putting off. Having and well landscaped yard goes a long way for a first impression.

• A good smelling home is recommended. If you plan on having open houses done by your real estate professional, bake cookies and your home will be memorable to the buyers who visit it.
